To book and follow up on your appointments we collect: name, age, phone number and email address, along with the service or condition you are consulting us about. You share this when booking through WhatsApp, by phone or through this site’s contact channels.

Sensitive health data

Given the nature of our services, information about your health that you share for your care (conditions, history, treatments) is sensitive personal data. We treat it with strict confidentiality, only for your assessment, care and follow-up, and never for any other purpose.

How we use your data

Primary purposes: booking and confirming your appointments, performing your assessment, providing the services you request and following up on them.

Secondary purposes: informing you about the clinic’s services and promotions. You can ask us to stop sending this information at any time, without affecting your care.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. It would only be shared with laboratories or professionals directly involved in your care when necessary to provide the service, or where required by law.
